In terms of sterile preparation (DP, Drug Product) production, Yaohai Bio has a 2,000-square-meter preparation production workshop, which can provide automated sterile preparation production services that meet GMP requirements. The production lines are all high-tech automated production lines that integrate multiple processes such as bottle washing, ovens, sterilization (pyrogen removal), filling, freeze-drying, and capping, meeting the production specifications of sterile preparations in China NMPA, EU EMA, and US FDA. It has rich production experience in the production of sterile preparations for biological drugs, and can meet the production service needs of vials and prefilled bottles from clinical sample production to commercial production.
